Since this was a period dinner and dance, Matt researched café music from the 1940’s and Paris in particular.

The ice breaker was great – it engaged those sitting at each table and pulled them together as a “team” just like you said. How many times do people sit at the same table and never talk to those sitting across from them. Everything went so well during the dinner portion. (Usually this is a quieter time of the evening especially for those not sitting with a group of friends.) Matt, this interaction with you provided our employees a time for an enjoyable dinner and conversation with friends.

The transitions you did as the evening progressed were all brilliant! The comments I have heard over and over is that all our 700 guests were engaged. What a great way to bring people together who work for the same company but do not know each other. We have multiple facilities in Colorado Springs and many of our employees with employees outside the facility where they work.
